Instructions For Making Cat In The Hat Pizza

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or sprinkle cornstarch on your baking sheet.
- Divide the pizza dough, using about ¼ of the dough to roll flat for the brim (circle) of the hat. Roll out the remaining pizza dough on a lightly floured surface or pastry mat into a rectangle.
- Place shaped dough on parchment-lined baking sheet with the rectangle over the circle. Bake for about 5 minutes.

- Remove pizza dough from oven and add sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni to create the stripes of the hat.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of your dough and desired doneness.
