DIY Frozen Slime For Fine Motor Fun!

Slime is an excellent way to work on hand strength in your at home occupational therapy program. Why work on hand strength? Strong hands makes handwriting, eating, fine motor work, etc. all the much easier. The key is to not make it look like work. That’s where fun slime, like Frozen slime, keeps it low key as well as enjoyable. Make work look like play and it won’t be chore to get them to do it.

For Frozen slime, you need to make two colors of slime then meld them together. It sounds labor intensive but it’s really not. Have your child help you make it as well as play with it for lots of math practice and gross motor skills while stirring.
